1) Where can I see plans and prices?

Plans and pricing may vary depending on your country and payment method. To see the latest prices:

Open Obouo Play
Go to My account → Subscription
Review the available plans and benefits

2) Change your plan

You can switch plans from the Subscription screen. Changes may apply immediately or at the next renewal depending on the platform and plan.

3) What plans may include

Video quality (SD/HD/FHD/4K) depending on availability
Number of devices (plan-dependent)
Access to Live TV and the SVOD catalog

4) Access issues after a change

If you changed your plan and the access hasn’t updated yet:

Close and reopen the app
Sign out and sign back in
Check your status in Billing or Payments
