1) Understanding billing
Billing helps you track your subscription: renewal date, status, and payment-related information.
2) Check your subscription status
- Open the app → My account → Subscription
- Review your renewal date and active plan
3) No confirmation received
If you just paid:
- Wait a few minutes (operator processing)
- See Payment verification
- Contact support with your transaction/reference ID if needed
4) Need a receipt?
Depending on the payment method, your operator or bank may provide a receipt/confirmation. Keep your transaction ID.
