1) Quick checks (most cases)
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app/browser tab.
- Restart your device.
- Try another network (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data) if possible.
2) Black screen / video won’t start
- On browser: try another browser, clear cache, disable ad-blockers if needed.
- On mobile: update the app and OS, then relaunch.
3) Buffering (endless loading)
- Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or switch to a more stable network.
- Close other apps using bandwidth.

4) No sound / audio out of sync
- Check volume (device + player) and Bluetooth/headphones.
- Toggle Bluetooth off/on if used.
- Restart playback.

Contact support via Contact & Support and include:
- the title you tried to watch
- your device (iOS/Android/Web/TV)
- your network type (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
- a screenshot of the error (if possible)
