1) What are downloads for?
Downloads let you watch certain titles without an internet connection (for example, while traveling).
2) Why don’t I see a “Download” button?
- The title may not be available for offline viewing (rights/licensing rules).
- Your device/channel may not support downloads.
- Your storage may be insufficient.
3) Best practices
- Download over Wi-Fi when possible.
- Keep enough free storage space.
- Avoid interrupting downloads (network switching, battery saver, etc.).
4) A download fails
- Check connection and available storage.
- Restart your device and try again.
- Delete one download and retry.
