We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but the Help Center is provided for informational purposes. In case of discrepancies, the applicable contractual terms (Obouo Play terms and/or the app store terms) prevail.

This section provides a clear overview of how personal data may be collected and used for Obouo Play and the Help Center.
Who is the data controller?
GROUPE OBOUO is the controller for processing necessary to operate Obouo Play and provide user support.
Data we may process
- Account data: email, identifiers, profile information (depending on options), settings (language, preferences).
- Subscription/billing data: subscription status, billing history, payment information primarily handled by the payment channel (store / provider). We do not store full card details when processed by a third party.
- Usage data: interactions with the app (navigation, playback, errors), technical data (device type, OS, version, logs).
- Support data: communications with support (messages, optional attachments), information needed for troubleshooting.
- Kids-related settings: if parental controls are enabled, related settings (PIN, restrictions).

- Apple App Store / Google Play: refunds are usually handled by the store under its terms.
- Off‑store payments: terms may depend on the provider and the plan purchased.
