Reset your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it in a few steps. Recovery is available via Email or SMS.
Reset via Email
- On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password
- Enter your email address
- Open the email and follow the instructions
- Create a new password (minimum 8 characters)
Reset via SMS
- Select recovery by phone number
- Enter the SMS code
- Create your new password
I didn’t receive anything
- Check Spam / Junk folder
- Make sure the email/phone number is correct
- Wait 1–2 minutes, then request a new code
- If you have multiple accounts, try another email address
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and sign out unknown devices in Active devices.
